释义	彭紹升 péng shào shēng人名。字允初，号尺木，又号知归子及二林居士，际清是他受菩萨戒的法名。江苏长洲县人。清代著名的居士。乾隆三十四年进士及第，授县官，辞不就。因结识罗有高与阅读明朝高僧紫柏的全集，受到感动而归心佛法，尤深信净土。他在净土教义上除莲池外，最推重省庵。平日常闭关念佛，发愿回向。著有《一行居士集》、《居士传》、《阿弥陀经约论》、《一乘决疑论》等。对清代净土信仰的推展有重要的影响。
