释义	清水祖師 qīng shuǐ zǔ shī道教奉祀的神明之一。宋代末年河南开封人陈昭应，祖先世代为封疆臣，传到昭应时正值大乱，于是迁居福建泉州的清水岩，改装僧徒，游劝反抗夷人。死后，明太祖封田立庙祭祀，称为「清水祖师」。民间传说每当地方上有火灾或祸事时，寺庙中木雕的清水祖师就显灵，让自己的鼻子掉下来，以警告百姓，故称为「落鼻祖」。今闽台各地庙祀隆盛。在台北万华的清水岩为主庙，每年农历元月初六诞辰，有盛大的庆祝仪式。
